How We Research

Evidence levels

Research review means we consulted public official product information, pricing and, where relevant, program documents. It does not mean we bought an account, tested every feature or measured performance. A future hands-on article will identify the account, scenario, date, observed output and limits of that test. We do not turn public research into a fabricated firsthand story.

How we form a recommendation

We define the job, identify the best-fit reader, examine workflow boundaries, show meaningful limitations and compare relevant alternatives. Fit judgments, procurement criteria and hypothetical scenarios are editorial analysis. Product descriptions and plan conditions are vendor statements unless independently tested. A recommendation is conditional on the reader’s requirements.

Prices and commercial terms

We link to current official pricing instead of inventing a stable price when a page is dynamic, regional or quote-based. The selected plan and accepted agreement control the purchase. Worked budgets are explicitly hypothetical and their arithmetic is shown. Affiliate terms are recorded separately from consumer pricing and do not imply this publication has been accepted by the program.

Images and examples

Our covers are original editorial workflow illustrations, not screenshots of product dashboards. They do not prove an integration or test result. Business examples are hypothetical unless a source and evidence of a real case are supplied. We do not invent customer names, conversion gains, revenue figures, ratings or quotations.

Comparisons and scores

We compare products using the same intended task, input, output and operational assumptions. We avoid numerical scores where we have no measured basis. Different tools may serve adjacent jobs and can be complements. The absence of a universal winner is often a useful result of the comparison.

Updates

Publication dates and source-verification dates serve different purposes. Article headers show the publication date; source notes record when product information was checked. Material revisions are tracked separately. Software changes quickly, so readers should confirm account-specific conditions with the vendor before purchasing.

Commercial independence

A commission amount is not a product score. We include drawbacks and alternatives, including cases where no additional tool is required. Official links are used until an approved referral link is actually configured. Any future commercial link will be identified and marked appropriately.
